Our number one priority is to make sure each of our customers is treated professionally and with the utmost respect. We take personal pride in each of our handmade products and your satisfaction is our primary concern.

If you have a product that is in need of repair please send us an e-mail for information.

Should you require service under this warranty be assured we will repair or replace your item at no charge when received at our shop from the customer. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Consumable products such as leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse.

This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
